Macadamia Mango Basa

Macadamia crusted Basa fish with Spicy Peanut Sauce and Mango Chutney



1lb. Basa Filets

3/4 cup chopped macadamian nuts

3 tblsp. panko

salt & pepper to taste

3 tblsp. butter



1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup hot water

2 tblsp. soy sauce

1 tblsp. minced ginger

1 tsp. cayenne pepper

2 tblsp. lime juice



1 mango

1 tblsp. diced red onion

4 mint leaves (minced)

1 tsp. soy sauce

2 tblsp. rice wine vinegar
